A world that ran out of time.

Past Pale is a co-op puzzle-adventure set in The Remnant — a world gone past pale. Explore the ruins of Carney's, a forgotten carnival sitting above underground zones that descend into darkness. Nobody's home anymore — but it never went quiet. The Luminite glows, cocoons pulse in the dark, green fireflies pour through it toward the light, and something below is awake. The silence here feels watched. Scavenge scrap, repair components, and solve puzzles with your sidekick robot and your friends. Along the way, stamp and hunt down rare engraved medallions.

The world died. Something remains.

Collect junk from scrap piles — nuts, bolts, wire, cable, leather, rope — fuse it into higher grades at the Workshop, and build the parts these dead machines are missing: a blower for the forge, a drive for the windmill, a support arm for the crane, a control panel for the Ferris wheel.
The LS1000 is your companion through every zone. It scavenges alongside you, carries your scrap, and helps solve puzzles.
Play solo or with up to two friends. Activation costs and scrap demand scale to your party — the puzzles stay exactly as clever.
A bunker where the last survivors gathered — and where players do too. Up to 50 of you at once: show off your collection, your robot, your look, and find someone to head back down with.
Surface carnival to underground depths. Each zone has its own scrap, puzzles, and secrets.
Past Pale is about curiosity, not fighting. Explore, build, discover.
Stamp engraved medallions from the scrap you scavenge — 30 designs across four metals, 120 in all. Fuse two matching medallions into the next metal up; Diamond can only ever be reached that way.
Hit the dunk-tank target, spin the prize wheel, stop the skill wheel dead on the jackpot, pop balloons with a slingshot. Every hit pays carnival tickets, and tickets buy cosmetics at the shop across the way.
Seeds come out of the ground with the Luminite, preserved and waiting for clean water. Cleanse the tank, get the filtration running, and sixteen planters are yours. Each berry banks a stretch of faster work you spend when you choose: Siftberries to strip scrap piles, Wickberries to draw Luminite, Dashberries to cover ground, Bilderberries for builds and repairs. Use a Bilderberry on a shared build and the whole crew moves with you.
Work out an environmental puzzle — valves, switches, pipes redirected — and a dead machine comes roaring back, opening a way through to the rarest scrap, shards and collectibles. Solve it and the payoff lands right there, no waiting. What it opens stays open for good.
More worlds are planned beyond The Remnant. Your look, your collection, your rank, your unplanted seeds — the legacy you build is designed to carry forward into every one of them.
Three glowing pools in every zone, and they never run dry — what you can carry is the only limit. It's the spark that brings dead things back to life.
No open text chat and no voice chat. Players talk through a short set of built-in phrases made for this game — enough to coordinate a puzzle.
